Effective July 21, 2026. These policies apply unless a specific class listing states different terms.
Registration and payment
A seat is reserved after successful payment and order confirmation. Registration is valid only for the student and class date shown on the order.
Student information
The purchaser is responsible for entering the student's accurate legal name, email address, mobile number, and selected class date. Contact NurseLaunch immediately when a correction is needed. Corrections requested after course records are submitted may not be possible.
Refunds and rescheduling
Student-initiated refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing before the class begins. Requests are reviewed according to the timing of the request, the terms displayed for the class, and seat availability. Processing or payment fees may be nonrefundable when permitted by law. Approval is not complete until confirmed in writing by NurseLaunch.
Late arrival
Students must arrive by the check-in time in their confirmation. A student who misses required instruction may be unable to enter, continue, or complete the course. Contact NurseLaunch immediately if a delay occurs.
No-shows
A student who does not attend and does not contact NurseLaunch before the class begins forfeits the registration and is not eligible for a refund or transfer, except where required by law.
Class changes or cancellation by NurseLaunch
If NurseLaunch cancels a class, the purchaser may choose a transfer to an available class or a refund of the class registration amount. NurseLaunch is not responsible for unrelated travel, lodging, parking, childcare, lost wages, or other incidental expenses.
Course participation and completion
Payment does not guarantee course completion. Students must attend required instruction, participate safely, and successfully complete all required skills and assessments. The applicable course-completion credential is issued only after those requirements are met.
Safety, conduct, and accommodations
NurseLaunch may remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or prevents instruction. Students should contact NurseLaunch before registering to discuss accessibility considerations or accommodations that may affect participation.
Privacy and communications
Registration information is used to process payment, communicate class information, maintain required records, and support course-completion documentation. Transactional email or text messages may be sent using the contact information provided. Review the store Privacy Policy for additional information.
