BLS & CPR Class FAQ

Clear answers before you register, so you can choose the right class and arrive prepared.

Who should take a BLS class?

BLS is commonly required for nursing students, nurses, EMTs, allied-health learners, and healthcare employees who need healthcare-level CPR and basic life support training.

Is the class for initial certification or renewal?

Each class listing states who may register. When an employer or school has a specific requirement, confirm that requirement before purchasing.

What credential will I receive?

The class listing identifies the applicable course-completion credential. It is issued only after the student attends the required instruction and successfully completes all required skills and assessments.

Does payment guarantee course completion?

No. Payment reserves a seat. Course completion requires full participation and successful completion of the class requirements.

What name should I use?

Use the student's complete legal first and last name exactly as it should appear in the course record. Contact NurseLaunch immediately if a correction is needed.

What should I bring?

Bring government-issued photo identification, any pre-course materials listed in the confirmation, and comfortable clothing suitable for hands-on CPR practice.

Where are classes held?

Classes serve the Inland Empire and Southern California. The exact venue and arrival instructions are shown with the class listing or included in the confirmation.

What happens if I am late?

Late arrival can prevent completion when required instruction or assessment has been missed. Contact NurseLaunch immediately if a delay occurs.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Review the Class Policies before purchasing. Eligibility depends on the timing of the request, the published class terms, and available seats.

Do you offer group or employer training?

Yes. Nursing programs, healthcare employers, medical and dental offices, care facilities, and community organizations can request group training.

Can I request an accommodation?

Contact NurseLaunch before registering when an accommodation or accessibility consideration may affect participation. We will discuss the course requirements and available options without asking you to submit private medical details through the website.
