Your payment confirmation is the first step. Review the order immediately and make sure the student name, email, mobile number, class date, and quantity are correct.
What happens next
- Save the Shopify order confirmation.
- Review the class location, check-in time, parking, and preparation instructions.
- Complete any pre-course work identified in the confirmation.
- Bring government-issued photo identification.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for hands-on CPR practice.
- Arrive by the stated check-in time.
Confirmation and reminders
Class instructions are sent to the email address provided during registration. Reminder communications may also be sent before class. Add austin@nurselaunchpro.com to your safe-sender list and check spam or promotions folders.
Need to correct student information?
Use the Contact page immediately and include the order number and correction. Do not place a second order unless NurseLaunch instructs you to do so.
